Ok, so I read a few reviews before posting mine. I was going to give one or two fewer stars but you know what? I'll give them four. At first I was very upset that it took my food an hour and twenty minutes to get to my house but I didn't know where this place was located when I ordered. Honest to God I thought this was situated somewhere on university or sunset but it's actually all the way in pompano which is a 20 minute drive with no traffic to my house. Had I realized the distance I wouldn't have ordered. Obviously because of the distance the food did not arrive hot, not even warm. It was cold. And stuffed shells and tomato soup doesn't taste all that good cold but after I popped both things in the microwave their deliciousness came through lol. My son ate a garlic roll and he said he liked the tomato soup which we're talking about a kid who's very picky. VERY PICKY. I can count in one hand the foods he will eat. This fact on its own earned you guys a star :) The delivery guy was very nice and polite but too quick with his interaction. I forgot to add tip on the app when I ordered and wanted to tip him but he literally handed the food to me and left a smoke trail from how fast he ran away!

Let me start by saying, this is my first time EVER writing a bad review, I try to not let my bad experiences alter my thoughts on a business. However, I placed my lunch order with Maritza- when I was done placing my order, she asked me for credit card information for "security purposes" which I found strange but she stated since it was my first time ordering they would need it.. Understood.. I told her we were paying by cash, but when the delivery guy showed up, my card had been charged, without my authorization.. SO BEWARE WHEN GIVING YOUR CREDIT CARD INFORMATION TO THEM.... When I called to let them know the charge was unauthorized and that I wasn't told it was going to be charged she told me I was wrong. Argued with me about it, then finally gave in with a "yeah you're right"... The food was SUBPAR, they charged an extra $2.00 for a side of fries that was smaller than the dollar fries from Mcdonalds.. Everything is over priced and not tasty... So I highly recommend you go elsewhere if going out to eat.. Don't waste your money like I did. Terrible customer service, and terrible food. Take your money elsewhere!!

Ordered last night hoping that it would be amazing, instead it was a big disappointment. The calamari tasted as they had been frozen from a bag, not fresh and not prepared correctly. Some of the rings stuck together and not cooked properly. The gnocchi was also a miss, too greasy. Would not recommend, nor would I order again.

OK, so I went by there Monday afternoon only to find out they are closed on Mondays... Does this place double as a hair salon? That's the only other type business I know closes on Monday. Bad sign number one... Anyway, I returned Tuesday to a rather dark place that had nobody in there other than employees. Bad sign number two... Anyway, it looked a little dirty but if they are closed on Mondays then the dining area should be clean I would think. After a quick glance around, I noticed a few things. In the front window are holes in the tint where signs must have been at one time or another. Then I looked up and noticed that there are holes in the drop ceiling covered by metal gang plates that electricians use for electrical outlets. I don't understand what that was for, however it didn't seem very safe. The other part I noticed was that where the glass counter is, they have old pizza boxes shoved in front so you can't see through to the cutting boards where they are preparing the food. Not only would I suspect that the other side of that cardboard to be disgusting, but why is it there? Must be hiding something. I challenge you to eat pizza at this place and not think of one of the following things... Close your eyes and take a bite of the pizza, immediately I had flashbacks of Chuck E. Cheese, Sbarro and an old roller skating rink that used to serve us pre-made crust that was hard on the bottom and partially soft in the center. Cover that with some watery pink substance that I assume was supposed to be tomato sauce... Then on top was canned pineapple and bits of ham and some cheese. When I opened my eyes I didn't know if I was ready to put on some roller-skates or go buy some more tokens for the arcade games. YUCK, now I have to go get that "film" taste off my tongue. I still cringe thinking about the crust. Anyway, funny enough I drove by the next day and there was a "closed" sign on the door. Hopefully it's permanent.

Well it just goes to show you can't always go by the reviews unfortunately we did not have a good experience of this place we first found out about them from Groupon that went to the website we order from the website full price and extra large cheese pizza and some cannolis well the pizza came it was lukewarm and Burnt crust was very tough so that when you got a bite of it half the cheese came off The cheese was tasty but we can only about a piece and a half each even though we were very hungry the rest we threw in the garbage good luck

When in Florida, this is where we go! The food is great! We love the Strombolis and the Pizzas. You won't be disappointed. The Caprese Salad is also amazing. Everything tastes like real Italian good food! The staff have always been prompt, courteous and helpful... even when we've needed suggestions and directions. We love coming to this place!

It took me all weekend to decide if I should even write a review. If you'll notice, I don't just throw out one star reviews without a valid basis. I happened to be at the shooting range on a Groupon and we wanted to stay in the area afterward to explore. The food was subpar, and the service was okay. I should have expected less from all the mixed reviews. The mozzarella sticks tasted like they came out of a box. If you're going to have the the word "mozzarella" on the title of your restaurant, you should probably have decent mozzarella sticks. The meatballs in the sauce were good, and the garlic rolls were yummy also, but just a bit too much garlic for my taste. I guess the kicker that made me sick to my stomach was that I overheard the staff after an apparent commotion, stating that the owner wasn't going to pay an employee the money he was owed. I've worked for scumbag bosses and this is nothing new, but I will not be supporting this company with one more dime. The number one priority when you own any business, is that you PAY YOUR EMPLOYEES.

I just had a meal from this restaurant delivered and I cannot believe it. Where is the integrity in the chefs, or cooks. Oh my, living here in Fl I have come to expect mediocre when it comes to having just a decent meal delivered to my home. I ordered a Philly cheesesteak sandwhich with fries and onion rings. No big whoop, right? I received a onion and pepper sandwich, I was so shocked I opened it up and it really was an onion and pepper sandwich. Not to mention it took an hour and a half to get the meal and the restaurant is about 5 mins from my place. Naturally it was cold so I warmed up the fries and onion rings and had a few. Just Ugh!

They left a flyer at my house in west Lauderdale and it was a friday night so i figured Id give them a try. I thought it was cool that they delivered so far away. So I called, a boy picks up the phone says can u hold next thing i hear is a dial tone. I called back, a girl picks up the phone and says are you such and such? I say no Im just trying to place an order. She puts me on hold and what do you know A DIAL TONE AGAIN! So then my last ditch effort I called back for the third time and she picks up again and just put me on hold and what a surprise??? she hangs up again. I was hung up on three times. Who ever works here sucks at customer service, why should I trust them with my dinner or credit card info or anything! They dont even know how to take an order!

Ordered delivery of large pizza and a side of wings. Both really good. The pizza was thin crust with a tangy garlic tomato sauce. The toppings of sausage and meatballs was excellent. Wings were big and juicy. Came with a side of fries that reminded me of the ones at the fair.

Horrible! I placed an order through grub hub, and there was a communication error, so my order was delayed. After 2 hours, I cancelled my order and will not be trying them again, despite the fact that I gave them the benefit of the doubt of all the negative reviews. Pizza was not gross, but not in any way delicious. Had a weird cumin scent and flavor, which was definitely off-putting. Ordered extra cheese and there was not any extra on there. Half size Philly sub was mediocre at best, definitely not great. Onion rings were burnt and looked old. Overall, we will not be ordering from here again. I'm willing to make the drive across town to go to Bella Roma for actual NY style pizza and food that tastes amazing

The worst eggplant Parmesan I've ever had in my life. Someone must have dropped a jar of oregano in the dish. There was no flavor other than oregano. I couldn't taste the eggplant, the tomato sauce or cheese. Only oregano. Disgusting and I couldn't continue eating it.

My husband and I went on vacation and decided to stop in. The food was awesome. The service was great. They were able to tell us everything on the menu with out looking and able to tell us what peoole ordered the most. They were so nice and told us about the different things that we could do while we were there.

My only complaint is that I live in Texas and can't come here often enough! But every time I am visiting my family in Florida, we always make Mozzarella our first stop! The cheeses are perfectly creamy and the food is always served fresh and hot. I definitely don't recommend passing this place up!

Run DO NOT EAT HERE!!! I will start with if there was a way to give 0 stars that would have been it.. I will say the customer service was very nice however I wil never ever eat anything fron here again. There are just no words to say how bad it was.. The mozzarella garlic rolls were burnt and hard and no flavor.. The chicken cordon blu is the same u buy in the frozen section at the grocery store and about the size of a folded dollar bill.. Uggh and for the penne ala vodka.. RUN RUN RUN...it was like putting disgusting flavorless mush in your mouth.. So disgusting...

FANTASTIC! I've ordered twice from Mozzarella using Eat24.com . Our Pesto Pizza had great taste, texture, and toppings. Large sun-dried tomatoes were generously applied to the pizza with large clusters of pesto mixed between. Not knowing what to expect, I couldn't have imagined this pizza looking or tasting any better. On another occasion, our XL cheese pizza was delivered warm and crispy. True to their claim, the pizza reminded me of a pie from the streets of NYC. I'm very happy with Mozzarella and will continue to order from them online in the future.

I feel like I was robbed, seriously. A day or so ago I ordered a large mozzarella and tomato salad, a 6" chicken philly (modified) and fries. I ordered delivery. When I was placing the order over the phone I had a bad feeling already because the man taking my order seemed incompetent. I had to repeat it several times and that should have been my red flag just to go elsewhere. When the delivery arrived the man had a pizza, a box of chicken wings and fries, another side of fries, a SMALL salad, and my philly. I didn't order chicken wings or a pizza, and only ordered one side of fries, not two. What I did actually order was the wrong size even though I was charged for the larger size already. The sub was wrong, they added in mushrooms when I said none and didn't put mayo like I had asked. The bread of the sub was BURNT and the chicken tasted like cat food. The salad was good but they owe me the difference between the small size they gave me and the large I ordered. I was told I would be reimbursed such money the next morning, which I wasn't. Then I called, supposedly the manager wasn't around, I left my info... no call back. The fries and chicken wings and pizza the man gave me for free for my troubles were all hard and gross as if they had been sitting out all day. I ended up throwing it all away. It wasn't even edible. The only thing that was edible was the salad. So I spent $23 essentially for a small salad. SERIOUSLY?! I am a foodie and am very particular about how I like my food, which is why I was careful to order it as such. I will never order from here again and will now have to call my bank to dispute the few bucks they owe me because it's the principle of the matter. DO NOT EAT HERE!!! I'm surprised I didn't get sick from the quality of this food, that's how bad it was, I almost wish I took a picture of the pizza and fries to show you how nasty it looked.

Soup tastes like Campbell's (which is fine, but just not what I would expect from a restaurant). If I had known, I would have saved my $16 and ordered elsewhere. Food came promptly and was HOT. Well packaged. I had a steak and cheese wrap and it was delicious. Same goes for the fried calamari. We also had an order of chicken wings -- done as we ordered, hot and good. it said delivery would take from 45 minutes to an hour, but it arrived in 35 minutes (and this was a Saturday night)! Will order from here again.

Took 1 hour to deliver. No eating utensils, napkins or condiments asked for. Meatball parms were horrible. Tough and dry meatballs. Hardly any marinara. Asked for mayo but they put this weird tasting, thicker "mayo" on it and more of that than marinara. The fries were stale and dry. Cheescake and chocolate cake were dry also. Just bad overall. These people know how to cook! I'm in town for a couple weeks for work and turned my entire group onto the food here. We tried the authentic New York style pizza, chicken parm sandwiches, homemade spaghetti, and the ravioli, and it was all amazing. Service is just as good, too. The waiters and waitresses are talkative and friendly, the owner is very nice and knows how to cook. We've had delivery multiple times and dined in, and the service remains consistently great. If you have a fever, and the only prescription is amazing Italian food, Mozzarella is the place to go!

Worst food ever! We just ordered online and it took two hours to be delivered and we live on the same road. We ordered the chicken pram sub and a salmon wrap and salmon and crab delight. Chicken was chewy and no sauce. Salmon was tough and the side of pasta tasted like paste. The salmon was supposed to be stuffed with shrimp and crab. You might think it would actually b stuffed. It was not. Tasted like tuna out of a can with pasta. The French fries with the wrap were soggy. I called to complain and conveniently the voice mail picked up with their hours. Food came at 8:50 and I called at 8:56. Would like to complain to a person or by email but the website does not have any info. The owners before were much better. Never eating here again!

The customer service is ok. But the food is delicious. I got a Caprese salad that was 2 thumbs up with mild wings and a cannoli. Everything was to die for!!!

Horrible! I placed an order through grub hub, and there was a communication error, so my order was delayed. After 2 hours, I cancelled my order and will not be trying them again, despite the fact that I gave them the benefit of the doubt of all the negative reviews. I was placed on hold twice to cancel for an extended period of time.

I had the meatlover stromboli and my friend the five cheese stromboli... Both were delicious! Its refreshing to find a place with real italian taste! The place is nice and the service very friendly. This is exactly what we were looking for in the area. Definitely coming back and recommending it to friends!

Pizza was not gross, but not in any way delicious. Had a weird cumin scent and flavor, which was definitely off-putting. Ordered extra cheese and there was not any extra on there. Half size Philly sub was mediocre at best, definitely not great. Onion rings were burnt and looked old. Overall, we will not be ordering from here again. I'm willing to make the drive across town to go to Bella Roma for actual NY style pizza and food that tastes amazing

The worst eggplant Parmesan I've ever had in my life. Someone must have dropped a jar of oregano in the dish. There was no flavor other than oregano. I couldn't taste the eggplant, the tomato sauce or cheese. Only oregano. Disgusting and I couldn't continue eating it.

My husband and I went on vacation and decided to stop in. The food was awesome. The service was great. They were able to tell us everything on the menu with out looking and able to tell us what peoole ordered the most. They were so nice and told us about the different things that we could do while we were there.

My only complaint is that I live in Texas and can't come here often enough! But every time I am visiting my family in Florida, we always make Mozzarella our first stop! The cheeses are perfectly creamy and the food is always served fresh and hot. I definitely don't recommend passing this place up!

If there was an option for zero stars that's the one I'd choose! The worst place ever! They are very rude and unprofessional. Telling me if I wanted a refund on my card I would have to wait until the manager came back tomorrow at 11am.. Completely unacceptable! I'm very dissatisfied with their service and the worst part of all is that this is the first time we order from this place and had a bad experience from the beginning... What a disappointment....

Run DO NOT EAT HERE!!! I will start with if there was a way to give 0 stars that would have been it.. I will say the customer service was very nice however I wil never ever eat anything fron here again. There are just no words to say how bad it was.. The mozzarella garlic rolls were burnt and hard and no flavor.. The chicken cordon blu is the same u buy in the frozen section at the grocery store and about the size of a folded dollar bill.. Uggh and for the penne ala vodka.. RUN RUN RUN...it was like putting disgusting flavorless mush in your mouth.. So disgusting...

FANTASTIC! I've ordered twice from Mozzarella using Eat24.com . Our Pesto Pizza had great taste, texture, and toppings. Large sun-dried tomatoes were generously applied to the pizza with large clusters of pesto mixed between. Not knowing what to expect, I couldn't have imagined this pizza looking or tasting any better. On another occasion, our XL cheese pizza was delivered warm and crispy. True to their claim, the pizza reminded me of a pie from the streets of NYC. I'm very happy with Mozzarella and will continue to order from them online in the future.

I feel like I was robbed, seriously. A day or so ago I ordered a large mozzarella and tomato salad, a 6" chicken philly (modified) and fries. I ordered delivery. When I was placing the order over the phone I had a bad feeling already because the man taking my order seemed incompetent. I had to repeat it several times and that should have been my red flag just to go elsewhere. When the delivery arrived the man had a pizza, a box of chicken wings and fries, another side of fries, a SMALL salad, and my philly. I didn't order chicken wings or a pizza, and only ordered one side of fries, not two. What I did actually order was the wrong size even though I was charged for the larger size already. The sub was wrong, they added in mushrooms when I said none and didn't put mayo like I had asked. The bread of the sub was BURNT and the chicken tasted like cat food. The salad was good but they owe me the difference between the small size they gave me and the large I ordered. I was told I would be reimbursed such money the next morning, which I wasn't. Then I called, supposedly the manager wasn't around, I left my info... no call back. The fries and chicken wings and pizza the man gave me for free for my troubles were all hard and gross as if they had been sitting out all day. I ended up throwing it all away. It wasn't even edible. The only thing that was edible was the salad. So I spent $23 essentially for a small salad. SERIOUSLY?! I am a foodie and am very particular about how I like my food, which is why I was careful to order it as such. I will never order from here again and will now have to call my bank to dispute the few bucks they owe me because it's the principle of the matter. DO NOT EAT HERE!!! I'm surprised I didn't get sick from the quality of this food, that's how bad it was, I almost wish I took a picture of the pizza and fries to show you how nasty it looked.

Ordered soup in a bread bowl and a caprese salad. Food came quick but bread bowl nowhere in sight (event though I paid $1.50 more). Soup tastes like Campbell's (which is fine, but just not what I would expect from a restaurant). If I had known, I would have saved my $16 and ordered elsewhere. This was my first experience and I'm pretty disappointed. :-(

Love this place! Finally a place is pompano beach with New York style pizza. Not greasy and you can tell they take their time making the pizzas- without a horrendous wait time. Love!

Food came promptly and was HOT. Well packaged. I had a steak and cheese wrap and it was delicious. Same goes for the fried calamari. We also had an order of chicken wings -- done as we ordered, hot and good. it said delivery would take from 45 minutes to an hour, but it arrived in 35 minutes (and this was a Saturday night)! Will order from here again.

Took 1 hour to deliver. No eating utensils, napkins or condiments asked for. Meatball parms were horrible. Tough and dry meatballs. Hardly any marinara. Asked for mayo but they put this weird tasting, thicker "mayo" on it and more of that than marinara. The fries were stale and dry. Cheescake and chocolate cake were dry also. Just bad overall. Wanna waste money? Hit em' up!

These people know how to cook! I'm in town for a couple weeks for work and turned my entire group onto the food here. We tried the authentic New York style pizza, chicken parm sandwiches, homemade spaghetti, and the ravioli, and it was all amazing. Service is just as good, too. The waiters and waitresses are talkative and friendly, the owner is very nice and knows how to cook. We've had delivery multiple times and dined in, and the service remains consistently great. If you have a fever, and the only prescription is amazing Italian food, Mozzarella is the place to go!

Pizza was perfectly cooked , even while having it delivered. Garlic Rolls are AMAZING. Delivery was speedy. I have driven by several times and decided to order after receiving a card flyer. We will definitely be ordering again !

Worst food ever! We just ordered online and it took two hours to be delivered and we live on the same road. We ordered the chicken pram sub and a salmon wrap and salmon and crab delight. Chicken was chewy and no sauce. Salmon was tough and the side of pasta tasted like paste. The salmon was supposed to be stuffed with shrimp and crab. You might think it would actually b stuffed. It was not. Tasted like tuna out of a can with pasta. The French fries with the wrap were soggy. I called to complain and conveniently the voice mail picked up with their hours. Food came at 8:50 and I called at 8:56. Would like to complain to a person or by email but the website does not have any info. The owners before were much better. Never eating here again!
